The Münster Industrial Community invests in the future: Supporting robotics learning opportunities for apprentices.

In Münster, the future of education is being advanced with a focus on 3D printing and robotics, thanks to the generous support of the Münster Industrial Community for the association münsterLAND.digital e.V. This association operates the Digital Hub at the harbor, which serves as a center for technological innovation and startup culture. The Industrial Community is providing €20,000 specifically for the acquisition of a new educational robot to inspire students and apprentices towards modern technologies.

The spokespersons for the Münster Industrial Community, Jens Röttgering and Marc Zahlmann, emphasize the importance of fostering young talent and the necessity of engaging students in new technologies and entrepreneurship at an early stage. This initiative serves as a signal for collaboration between industry and educational institutions in Münster.

The chairman of the münsterLAND.digital e.V., Volker Dirksen, welcomes the support and highlights the successful collaboration in apprenticeship promotion in recent years. Through programs like the "Azubi Innovation Weeks," numerous apprentices from the industry have had the opportunity to learn about new technologies such as 3D printing and modern project management and to implement them in small projects.

The collaboration between industrial companies such as BASF Coatings, Dermasence, and Westfalen, as well as educational institutions and initiatives like the Digital Hub, demonstrates the importance of providing apprentices with access to cutting-edge technologies and preparing them for future demands.
