PC cases are possibly the be-all and end-all when it comes to a new PC. The design plays a role, but not only that. How many HDD/SSD bays does it have, how many fans can be installed and much more. We sourced and tested an O11D. This post is not sponsored.

The case is not like any other case, no. It has room for a total of nine fans and all of them have a good location to improve the air flow. This allows the water cooling to adequately cool the processor.
Wiring all the components was not a problem with our 650 watt Corsair power supply. It is important to note here that it is not modular. Lian Li's dual chamber design makes the experience of cable management very pleasant - in with the cables and no more worrying.
There is no shortage of storage either. In total, you can install six times an SSD or three times an HDD and three times an SSD - provided you don't install two power supplies. Because two HDD bays can be replaced by a second power supply slot, but we didn't do that.
The two glass panels have a nice visual effect, especially if you install RGB fans. However, the processor reaches cooler temperatures when you take them away, which is the case with almost all cases.
Lian Li promises complete protection from dust in this case. However, after a couple of days we found dust in the case, which could affect the air flow.
All in all, this case is worth it for 150 CHF/EUR/USD for those who want to expand a lot in the future and don't want to worry about cable management.
