Moncler, the renowned luxury fashion company, has achieved a significant milestone in the shoe industry by unveiling its first 3D printing collection in collaboration with technology company Zellerfeld. The new Trailgrip 3D Sneakers by Moncler are crafted using only recyclable mono-material, minimizing environmental impact.

The partnership with Zellerfeld allows for the creation of shoes through lattices - a lattice-like structural design - with no stitching, glue, or weak points. This innovative concept enables the shoes to be recycled and remade after use, contributing to resource conservation.

The Trailgrip 3D Sneakers by Moncler stand out with their unique design, symbolizing the fusion of fashion and technology. The textured surface of the shoes resembles melted candle wax, giving them a distinctive look. The sneakers will be unveiled at the new edition of Studio Ascenti in Paris, an interactive exhibition by Moncler dedicated to footwear.

The limited edition of Trailgrip 3D Sneakers is exclusively reserved for members of Moncler's global footwear community, who will also have the opportunity to get an exclusive preview of future Moncler collections at the showroom.

Cornelius Schmitt, Co-Founder and CEO of Zellerfeld, emphasizes the significance of this collaboration for the fashion industry: "As Moncler's first venture into 3D printing, this collaboration marks a monumental moment for the footwear industry and underscores the significant shift brands are taking towards innovative production models. Luxury fashion houses like Moncler are shaping the future of fashion by embracing 3D printing as the new standard."

The Trailgrip 3D Sneakers represent Moncler's initial foray into 3D printing. Speculation suggests that future 3D-printed products from Moncler, possibly in collaboration with Zellerfeld, may be on the horizon.
