New Meltio M600 Metal 3D Printer Revolutionizes Industrial Manufacturing

  • The Meltio M600 Metal 3D Printer offers an innovative solution to the challenges of industrial manufacturing.

  • With its large build volume, use of blue diode lasers, and intelligent sensor technology, the M600 promises reliable and efficient processing of demanding materials.

Meltio Unveils M600: A New Era of Metal 3D Printing.

Spanish 3D printer manufacturer Meltio proudly announces the launch of its latest model, the M600. With the Meltio M600 Metal 3D Printer, the company aims to provide a solution to the challenges of long lead times, costly inventory holding, and increasingly fragile supply chains.

The M600 machine introduces a new generation of Wire-Laser Metal Deposition Technology. Specifically designed for industrial manufacturing with 24/7 production cycles, it promises to make printing large metal parts easier and more reliable.

A standout feature of the M600 is its large build volume of 300 x 400 x 600 mm, coupled with the use of blue diode lasers for the first time, with a total power of 1,000 watts, enabling efficient processing of highly reflective materials such as copper and aluminum alloys.

The factory-aligned deposition head reduces adjustment effort, while sensors monitor the printing process and enhance reliability. With pre-installed solutions for non-contact workpiece measurement and support for various clamping solutions, the M600 can seamlessly integrate into existing manufacturing environments.

The system is designed to work seamlessly with CNC machines. In addition to printing complete parts, features can be added to existing components or surfaces repaired.

High automation and Meltio's slicing software "Horizon" ensure a smooth, user-friendly operation. Already, companies like Cementos La Cruz are successfully using the M600 to manufacture stainless steel nozzles for more sustainable components.
