WhatsApp servers were down

Anyone who sent a WhatsApp message today around 10:00 CEST could probably only see a send hook.

WhatsApp had some problems this morning. Messages could not be sent. According to the site "Downdetector", 10,000 users reported problems with the servers within 30 minutes.


However, the reports of problems quickly decreased again. Around 12:00 CEST, WhatsApp was working again. Meta did not give a reason for the worldwide outage of the app.
