Zendesk currently provides a solution for 100,000 companies to enable live support. On many websites there is a box with a speech bubble in the bottom right corner. When you press on it, you immediately get to the page where you can write live with a customer service representative.

Zendesk is now being bought out by Hellman & Friedman for $10 billion. Hellman & Friedman is a company that focuses specifically on market leaders that could have future growth. Zendesk is one such company. However, as of Sept. 30, the company has taken a loss of more than $160 million in 2022.
